Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Sometimes, it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since our service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation penalty will apply.

Please notify the tutor at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your booking with no penalty. You can reschedule the lesson for another day/time during that week or move the lesson to the next unpaid lesson slot.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged half the cost of your appointment and may have the ability to make up the cancelled lesson, depending on the tutor’s availability.

For cancellations that occur within 12 hours or less, you will be charged the full price of your appointment and will not have the ability to make up for the missed lesson.

Make-up lesson availability is dependent on another time-slot being available. Hence, make-up lesson availability is not guaranteed.

Lincoln’s Scholarship House does not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.

Lincoln's Scholarship House also does not offer guarantee scholarship entry.
